Developing Toyo Ito’s creative idea, a whole set of pieces was created from the Ripples bench: Ripples Table, Ripples Stool, Ripples Box, Ripples Outdoor, ComRi sideboard, and Bifronte side table and nightstand.

The Ripples bench has blossomed into a collection of different furniture types. Amongst them, we may highlight the Ripples table, featuring a transparent glass table top that which allows a view of its wooden structure, and the Ripples Stools, made with the same five woods.

In the indoor version, Ripples is made of a laminated composite of five different solid woods: walnut, mahogany, cherry, oak, and ash. While in the outdoor version, it is made of okoume, a highly moisture-resistant wood native to Gabon, West Africa
